How to Join HRS
To maintain its award-winning service to patients and staff in Stafford and Cannock hospitals, HRS always needs new recruits. To join HRS you must:
- be aged sixteen or over;
- be interested in working with people;
- be interested in ward visiting;
- be of good health;
- have good communication skills;
- be willing to join in fund-raising activities;
- be able to make a weekly commitment;
- be interested in music beyond your own tastes.
To join HRS you must complete an application form. You will then be be invited to an informal interview at which you will also get to look round the studios. If accepted, you will start a three month probation period, during which you will receive training and be assigned to a regular programme. The hospital Trust will undertake a Criminal Records check on each applicant.
If all goes to plan, you'll be relieved of a modest membership fee and become a member. To obtain an application form, contact the
